More about meAWS is my primary platform, with solid GCP experience too. I enjoy securing cloud infrastructure and codifying everything with Terraform.
Python is my primary language for security tooling and automation. Go has become a firm favourite for building performant internal services. I also work with JS, Bash and a few others.
AppSec is my core focus. Threat modelling, vulnerability management, SAST/SCA/DAST and bug bounty programmes are all part of the day job. I care about making security something engineers want to engage with.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me outdoors, in the kitchen or on the sofa with my dog.
Back to topLiving close to the Peak District, I spend a lot of time in the hills. It started during lockdown and has been a constant ever since. There's nothing quite like stepping away from a screen and into nature.
I try to eat less meat, which has pushed me to experiment more in the kitchen. Indian street food is a particular favourite. Turning simple ingredients into something genuinely exciting with the right spices is incredibly satisfying.
My Greyhound. Quite possibly the laziest creature on the planet, but also the most loveable. Whether we're out on a walk or he's claiming 90% of the sofa, Frankie makes everything better.
